We have never had such great service, understanding, expertise and help from any of other partners in our building venture as we have had from Bob Woods, Good Neighbor Homes and staff. We have had a difficult process with approvals and town requirements and not to mention four months of a previous modular home salesman, we were then lucky enough to find these builders. Bobby Woods helped filter though the muck of paperwork and red tape in order to keep the process going for us. Driving from Pascoag, RI to Dartmouth, MA for him was never a problem, to either look at the site or help us with issues, fighting the forces that are at the town hall or just to give us encouragement. He always made himself just a telephone call away and he always was. He has made his way from our builder to our friend who always has our best interests at heart going over and above the call of duty to help us.

We contracted with Mr. Bob Woods, to build a single family house for us. Mr. Woods also agreed to help us look for a piece of land on which to build.
Within a month we had purchased a beautiful piece of property and met with Mr. Woods to go over the blueprints and discuss our overall plan for our home. We found Bob Woods to be very knowledgeable of every step of the planning and building process. We were on a fixed schedule, having to move from one home that was sold into our new home in only three months. Mr. Woods was able to complete our new home job on time, and exactly to our specifications.
